When it comes to jewellery, I wear quite a bit but it’s usually my staples that I wear every day; a white gold and diamond heart necklace that George bought me for my 15th birthday (n’aww), my Pandora bracelet that has great sentimental value as all the charms were bought for me by friends and family, my white gold, blue topaz and blue sapphire Ernest Jones ring that I got from my family for my 21st last year, the Marc Jacobs watch I bought on my trip to New York in December, and the Thomas Sabo simple chain bracelet with a heart charm that George bought me a few years ago for Christmas. However, I now have some new beauties to add to my collection…
If you’re like me, whenever Summer rolls around, you always see the beautiful offerings that the high street presents and think ‘I wish I had something to wear that to!’ I rarely have any events or weddings in the summer (apart from my birthday- yay!) and this year is no exception. However, that doesn’t stop me lusting over all the beautiful, summery outfits that I *could* wear for a wedding/garden party/the races, if I were invited to any of these (hint hint).
I have been so excited to share some photos with you of our lovely trip to Warkworth in Northumberland me and George went on for our anniversary last weekend! The past couple of years we had been to Venice, which was truly special and an amazing experience, but we wanted to tone it down a bit this year and enjoy a short break in fair old England.
Hello lovelies and Happy belated Easter!
I hope you had a great time over the Bank Holiday weekend, whether you were celebrating or not. It was a much-needed break for me as I am still tired a lot from work despite leaving my waitressing job- being an adult is hard! I have the utmost sympathy if you had to work over the Easter period- believe me, I’ve been there many times. The unexpected beautiful weather was a massive bonus, and I was the first to grab the sunnies and get my legs out! I took a lot of photos over my 4 days off, so I thought I’d share them with you!
Hellooo lovely people!
I don’t know about you, but the Easter weekend has been more appreciated for me this year than ever before- I’m sure any of you who work full-time will feel my relief! Having a 4-day weekend is like an absolute dream for me- no work on a Sunday for the first time in so long and off work Friday and Monday- this is the life! I’ve been doing a bit of shopping over the holiday so far- some bits for the flat and some bits for me- but there will always be more that I
need want and I’m here to tell you about my most coveted pieces from my favourite denim collection- Miss Selfridge.
