I have been so excited for this week since discovering it during my last Stationery Addicts Anonymous post! As you’ll all probably know, I absolutely love all things stationery, and will find any excuse to talk/write/drool about it. Today is ‘Pens & Pencils’ day from the National Stationery Week organisers, and I will be blogging every day this week about the topic of each day- I can’t wait!

Hello lovelies, and happy Friday! I am so glad it’s the weekend as I’ve had a really tough week, I have just been tired all the time and it’s been getting me down. Today, I bought a 1.5L bottle of water and am on track to finish it by the end of the day, as well as having plenty of green tea. The healthiness is kicking back in as I just want to have more energy again! Anyway, nothing cheers me up like a budget lunchtime haul, where I take £5 of my hard-earned cash and see what I can buy on a budget, and I am particularly pleased with what I bought this week. Let’s have a look! View Full Post
Hello everyone, and welcome to my first session of Stationery Addicts Anonymous; a feature where I will share my most lusted-after stationery items for the month, and all my fellow stationery addicts can view them from the comfort of their own homes without being judged for publicly fangirling in Paperchase, etc, etc.
This is a very real problem in my life, as well as the lives of many of you (you may not be ready to admit you have a problem yet, but I am here to say that it’s okay to be addicted to stationery, and I can help you). View Full Post
So the reason I started this blog was to fill in time when I had no work to at placement. This past week, I’ve actually had too much work to do to write my usual Monday post! Not just placement work, but every month I have to write an evaluation of what I’ve learnt and all that stuff for uni, to prove that I’m actually doing something and not just making tea. I may start posting on Fridays now anyway- makes sense to write about the week just ending.

At the moment, so much seems to happen in one week that it’s hard to differentiate, but luckily I’ve got my placement diary to remind me of what I’ve been working on!
Placement-wise, last week was pretty busy as I’ve been working on a big website design job (can’t tell you the company’s name- you wouldn’t have heard of them anyway!). I did some work on it during my first couple of weeks which got majorly shot down, so I didn’t think they’d give me another chance, but someone else did some different designs so I worked from them and adapted them in my own way, and now everyone seems pretty happy with them- we’ll wait and see what the client thinks!
